He started 3 Minute Mile in 2006 to break through the artificial barriers we create in our minds to reaching our full potential.


David Nauth
Head of Commercial & Operations
As a seasoned Commercial Director and Global BDM, Dave has successfully driven revenue growth in SaaS and technology-driven markets through sales, marketing, and business development expertise. Dave joins us as a Commercial Director in charge of Sales, Marketing and Operations.


Hayley Muir
Project Manager
Working in diverse teams, with experience across a variety of industries, including aviation, urban regeneration, and commercial property; Hayley has brought a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as 3MM’s Project Manager. With a focus on efficiency, organisation, and overall project success, Hayley has led initiatives of varying complexity ensuring that the outcomes align with 3 Minute Miles strategic objectives.


Leigh Williams
Hogan Portfolio Manager
Leigh joined the 3 Minute Mile team in late 2020 after gaining experience in project management of localisation and translation projects for multinationals such as HP and Johnson & Johnson. Initially a part-time position, his role increased to full time and he now provides swift frontline support and practical knowledge to our clients who facilitate Hogan assessments as a tool in their organisations and operations.


Heather Corrigan
Client Relations Executive
Heather has an extensive background in sales and customer service. After studying Psychology at the University of Glasgow, she went on to gain experience in the travel and hospitality industry, working abroad with a variety of clientele. Also spending a long period of time learning about administration within the investment banking industry. Heather has joined as our Customer Relations Executive and is enjoying learning about 3 Minute Mile and getting to know their customers.
