Our Story
3 Minute Mile was founded in 2006 by Jeremy Sutton to challenge how organisations think about talent and leadership.
Inspired by Roger Bannister’s barrier-breaking run, the name reflects our belief that performance breakthroughs are possible when the right people are supported in the right way.
Since then, we’ve partnered with global businesses to assess, develop, and hire leaders. With over 50,000 people assessed, our mission remains the same: helping leaders and teams achieve by removing performance barriers.
