What is it? A comprehensive interview process that uses the Hogan assessments and assessor interview to match a candidate’s suitabilty to a senior role

What do you receive? 5 Hogan Reports, 3MM customised report based on requirements for a specific role, 90-minute interview session to gather more information from candidate

Executive Development

What is it? Measures a leader’s inner (Hogan) and outer (LVI 360) strengths and weaknesses in order to help them become a more versatile leader

What do you receive? 5 Hogan Reports, a full 360 report with narrative, 90-minute feedback and development session with a qualified coach
