How Evidence Based Hiring Works
Candidates are invited to complete the Hogan assessments (HPI, HDS and MVPI). Alongside this, we’ll ask you to share the job description, five key competencies for success, and any additional context that will help us tailor the report to your role and organisation.
We then combine the candidates’ Hogan data with your requirements to build a bespoke Candidate Summary Report for each individual. These are typically delivered within a few working days, giving you clear, role-specific insight to support confident, evidence-based hiring decisions.
