24th International Studying Leadership Conference – Ashridge House

We’re delighted to share that Jeremy Sutton will be speaking alongside his long-term colleague and friend, Anamitra Chatterjee, at the 24th International Studying Leadership Conference, hosted by Hult International Business School at the Hult Ashridge campus on Monday 7 December.

Together, they will present their co-authored paper: Beyond Leadership Competencies: Attachment Theory Can Deepen Leadership Development.

Their paper explores how attachment theory can deepen our understanding of leadership development, looking beyond traditional competency-based approaches to consider the psychological and relational dynamics that shape how leaders think, behave and work with others.

As leadership continues to evolve, understanding these deeper influences can help us take a more rounded approach to developing effective leaders.
