An eye opening course. Having recently qualified as a coach practitioner, this course is exactly what I needed to enhance my confidence. My facilitator was incredible, she understood Hogan like and language. She took time to ensure we understood the tool and went into detail on how to use it to its best potential.

I would definitely recommend 3 Minute Mile for any further endeavours following the accreditation. My facilitator gave me fabulous rounded up sessions on the HPI/HDS & MVPI Coaching tools. I would like to emphasise again, that in all my doings, Hogan is in my world by far the best psychometric available for the assessment of people and in my work, doing the accreditation has been very beneficial.

The set-up and admin, course delivery and execution were excellent and I appreciated this a great deal.
