With 17 years in the consulting industry as a psychologist, and 10 years as a Sales Director for an electronics company, Jeremy brings a commercial nous to his solutions. He started 3 Minute Mile in 2006 to break through the artificial barriers we create in our minds to reaching our full potential.

Project Manager

Working in diverse teams, with experience across a variety of industries, including aviation, urban regeneration, and commercial property; Hayley has brought a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as 3MM’s Project Manager. Leigh Williams

Hogan Portfolio Manager

Leigh joined the 3 Minute Mile team in late 2020 after gaining experience in project management of localisation and translation projects for multinationals such as HP and Johnson & Johnson. Initially a part-time position, his role increased to full time and he now provides swift frontline support and practical knowledge to our clients who facilitate Hogan assessments as a tool in their organisations and operations.

Heather Corrigan

Client Relations Executive

Heather has an extensive background in sales and customer service. After studying Psychology at the University of Glasgow, she went on to gain experience in the travel and hospitality industry, working abroad with a variety of clientele. Also spending a long period of time learning about administration within the investment banking industry. Heather has joined as our Customer Relations Executive and is enjoying learning about 3 Minute Mile and getting to know their customers.

Summer Fern

Learning & Development Consultant

As a Learning & Development consultant who has worked closely with people from the semiconductor industry for more than 15 years, she has a particular interest and affiliation with the technical mindset.

Summer has lived and worked in Australia, the UK and the USA. She is also experienced in training and facilitation in multiple cultures and Countries including China, India, Israel, Japan and many contries in Europe.

Graeme Thompson

Coach & Hogan Developmental Expert

Graeme’s background is sport and the business of sport, with over 20 years of experience at the elite level; he has led athletes/teams at World Cups, Championships and Olympic/Paralympic Games. At the heart of all his achievements is his passion to create environments that enable people to develop to their greatest potential and to compete at world level, successfully.

In his time as a Performance Director, he has inherited and turned around poor team cultures, built good teams to achieve great world level medal success and recruited and developed talented players and coaches from initial identification right through to competing at World Championships/Olympics/Paralympics.

For the last twenty years Bernadette's focus has been on helping others unlock their potential: by taking a values driven approach to build integrity, resilience and courage within organisations, and by challenging assumptions and complacency. She helps organisations and individuals to both build the desire, and the ability to excel.
Bernadette enjoys helping clients increase performance and achieve more, specifically in the areas of Disruption and Transformation, Strategic Sales, Procurement and Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing and Shining Leadership.

Alison Porter

Coach & Business Psychologist

Alison is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist and Executive Coach with extensive experience in senior leadership assessment and development. As an assessor, she is very experienced in identifying individual potential and in supporting clients to make the best hiring decisions. In her coaching work Alison’s integrated approach draws from cognitive-behavioural, solution focused and positive psychology principles. Insightful and pragmatic, her purposeful approach helps clients to gain a deeper understanding of their behavioural drivers and to effect positive change. A committed advocate of personal growth, she has a special interest in the psychology of resilience, supporting clients to sustain their wellbeing when experiencing challenging situations.

Sarah Bonner

Organisational Psychologist & Hogan Developmental Expert

Sarah is an organisational psychologist who specialises in leadership development and executive coaching. She is an experienced consultant and advanced Hogan practitioner, who works with teams and individuals within the public and private sector in a selection, assessment, training, mentoring and coaching capacity.
With over 20 years’ worth of experience within the creative industry, Sarah has worked with global brands managing relationships with people at all levels of seniority. Throughout her career, Sarah has always sought to understand what makes people ‘tick’, with a particular focus on team performance and inclusive leadership. Consequently, as an organisational psychologist, coach and mental health first aider, Sarah is able to help companies overcome the challenges they face in order to achieve commercial and cultural growth.
In her capacity as a coach, Sarah helps people to find the confidence and intrinsic motivation to overcome their personal barriers and succeed on their own terms. Within her sessions Sarah creates a judgment-free space where individuals can think, explore their ideas and decide how best to achieve their goals.
