Configure offers hiring managers the ability to choose from up to 68 behavioural competencies that are scientifically proven to predict performance outcomes on the job. An online assessment is given to each candidate (approximately 30 minutes to complete), and they are then ranked in order according to how closely they match those competencies. This helps created a non-biased short list that screens applicants fairly. These types of online assessments eliminate unconscious biases associated with gender, race, and other protected demographics. This standardised and equitable approach creates a level playing field for candidates.
Tailored Support.
3 Minute Mile work with hiring managers to select the role’s critical success factors, building an assessment framework using Hogan Assessments that predicts a candidates fit to your organisation’s values or behaviours. We work to discover candidate’s strengths and weaknesses relative to your organisation’s context and this role’s specific requirements. We answer any queries about individual candidates post assessment and before final interview.
